Our Story
Lowcountry Pressure Washing was founded right here in Charleston because we saw a gap between what homeowners needed and what most pressure washing companies were actually delivering. Too many crews show up with a gas washer, blast everything at 3,000+ PSI, and leave — without understanding that Charleston’s historic materials, climate-driven algae, and coastal salt damage all require different methods on different surfaces.
We built this company around a simple idea: know the surface, choose the right method, explain it to the homeowner before starting, and price it transparently. That’s it. No upselling, no bait-and-switch quotes, no one-size-fits-all approach.
