What Our Guarantee Covers
At Lowcountry Pressure Washing, every job ends with a final walk-through — either in person with you or via detailed before-and-after photos if you’re not home. This isn’t a formality. It’s our opportunity to make sure every surface meets both your expectations and our standards.
If any area doesn’t look right to you during the walk-through or within 48 hours of service completion, we come back and re-treat it at no additional cost. No arguments, no upsells, no fine print.
✅ What IS Covered
- Any area that doesn’t meet your expectations after the walk-through
- Spots missed during the initial service
- Uneven cleaning or visible streaking on flatwork
- Algae or mildew that wasn’t fully treated during the soft-wash application
- Re-treatment within 48 hours of service completion
❌ What Is NOT Covered
- Pre-existing damage (loose siding, cracked stucco, rotted wood, failed caulk)
- Staining that requires specialized treatment beyond the original service scope (rust, oil penetration, paint overspray)
- Biological regrowth that occurs after service completion (algae and mold will eventually return — that’s Charleston’s climate)
- Damage caused by undisclosed property conditions
How to Use Your Guarantee
During the walk-through: Point out any area that doesn’t look right. We’ll re-treat it immediately before we leave.
After we leave: If you notice something within 48 hours, call or text us at (843) 268-6699 with a photo of the area. We’ll schedule a return visit at no charge.
Resolution: We re-treat the flagged area using the appropriate method. No additional invoice, no questions asked.
