1. Services

Lowcountry Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services in the Charleston, SC area, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning, deck cleaning, fence cleaning, window cleaning, and commercial property washing.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion for any reason, including safety concerns or property conditions that present undue risk to our crew or equipment.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Lowcountry Pressure Washing are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described or visible during the initial assessment (e.g., undisclosed structural damage, heavier-than-expected organic growth, or access restrictions).

Any price adjustment will be communicated to you and approved before additional work proceeds. Price ranges published on our website are typical ranges for the Charleston area and are not binding quotes.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions that would compromise safety or cleaning quality.

4. Property Access and Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing adequate access to service areas, including a functional outdoor water source. Vehicles, personal items, and pets should be moved from work areas prior to the scheduled service time. Lowcountry Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas after reasonable notification.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services. If any area does not meet your expectations, we will re-treat it at no additional cost during the final walk-through or within 48 hours of service completion, provided you notify us of the concern. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, staining that requires specialized treatment beyond the scope of the original service, or biological regrowth that occurs after service completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lowcountry Pressure Washing carries general liability insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions (including but not limited to loose siding, deteriorated mortar, cracked stucco, rotted wood, or improperly sealed windows) that are not visible or disclosed prior to service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Lowcountry Pressure Washing and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
